HOA and community Christmas lighting in Norcross, GA
Entrances, clubhouses and common areas, planned with your board and installed on one schedule.
What we light for a community
Neighborhood entrances and monument signs, clubhouses and pool houses, gazebos, and the trees in common areas.
How it works with a board
- We walk the property with a board member or the property manager. It is free.
- You get a written proposal that lists every item and the price.
- We agree on an install window that suits the community.
- We install, test, and fix anything that goes out in the season.
- We take it all down after the holidays.
For board members
You will want to know the cost, the schedule and who is liable. The proposal covers the first two. We are insured, so ask for proof of coverage if the board needs it. We can invoice the association, and the written proposal is laid out so it can go straight to a board vote.
Individual homeowners in an HOA can also hire us. If your rules require approval for exterior lighting, we can describe the installation in writing for your request.

HOA questions
Does the HOA board need to approve Christmas lights first?
It depends on your community's rules. Many boards want a written plan before anything goes up. We provide a written proposal that lists each item and the price, so it is ready for a board vote.
What happens during the free walkthrough?
We walk the property with a board member or the property manager, note the entrances, buildings and trees you want lit, and take measurements. Then we send the written proposal.
Can you light the neighborhood entrance and monument sign?
Yes. Entrances and monument signs are some of the most common community requests, along with clubhouses and trees in common areas.
Who pays, the HOA or the individual homeowners?
Either. We can invoice the association for common areas, and individual homeowners can book us for their own homes.
How long does a community install take?
That depends on how many areas are included. The proposal includes an install window that suits the community, and we tell you up front if we need more than one visit.
What if lights go out after the install?
Call us. In-season maintenance is included, and we repair the section.
